Talent Management is integrated with Talent Planning and Talent Development In fact it is relatively new concept in the global context furthermore it has derived from the phrase `the war for talent’ when it comes to Talent Management it is clear that it is difficult to attract and retain talented people for an organization. O.Reilly and Feffer(2000)point out that some companies adopt talent war mind set and they place too much value on outsides as far as human Resource Management concerned it can be define as a strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organization.

Cisco, this is the benchmark firm that recruiters should be talking about.
In our department
When it comes to our department some strategies are
used to apply Talent
Management because we are in critical and risky operations therefore it is needed
to have a talent pool workforce . In my point of view recruiting strategies
highly difference in comparison with other department better

Management is highly required for an organization in this current volatile
world.
